I'm a Chicago native, and over the years I've lived in and owned homes across the city and its suburbs. That gives me a perspective most brokers don't have: I've been the homeowner, the landlord, and the investor in many of the neighborhoods where I now help people buy and sell.
Since earning my license in 2008, I've worked through every kind of market: the 2008 crash, bidding wars, rate swings, and slow seasons. I've sold homes throughout Chicago and the North Shore, built out 37 rental units in the city and suburbs, and managed leases for my own properties for years. I've also taken projects through city permits and inspections, including my 117-year-old, eight-bedroom building on Jackson Avenue in Evanston, which recently passed its city inspection with no violations.
